I'm Dominique Young from Philadelphia Pa, I created BrokenFork Catering May of 2018. Brokenfork is a company, were we try to serve all area‘s as far as Catering, meals on wheels and private dinner services . I’d say we take our unique style of cooking to make each one our guest happy. We at BrokenFork try to be our most creative selves in painting the prefect Cuilnary picture for our guest.

We can have your meal prep for the week, we can have you and your party guest enjoying every bite and even If you’re looking to have date night but not sure where to go or what to wear that’s fine by use. We can bring the Restaurant experience right to your door step. Here at BrokenFork we can private a service just as big as your favorite Restaurant. we SERVE our dinner on white liens, white China glassware and sliverwear. We will set the mood with a bottle of wine or champagne and a little tea light to warm things up a bit.

I must say I was very happy when I got promoted to chef de cuisine, 1 year before the pandemic and lost it all due to being furloughed from a company I put hard work into. so I didn’t stop there I keep it moving forward. I worked hard at something that I knew could someday be big.
